Job summary

Leading Lives in Stowmarket is seeking a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our team and help adults with learning disabilities and autism live independently and with dignity.

You’ll provide daily living support, advocate for individuals and their families, assist with personal care, medication safety, and build meaningful relationships. Training includes induction and DBS checks, plus Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during probation.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks.
• Probation includes completing Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care.
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred support.

Your Journey Starts Here:

We’ll welcome you with a 3-week induction and a friendly buddy to guide you every step of the way. Your start date will follow a successful enhanced DBS and recruitment checks.

We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed
