Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in North Petherton to help residents gain independence and enjoy daily activities within a caring team. Shifts include long days from 08:00 to 20:30 with at least one sleep-in, and enhanced pay for evenings and weekends.

There is a focus on personal care, community access, and engaging in activities, with DBS checks and references required. Full training provided, with opportunities for progression in a sector-leading organisation.

Job description

Support Worker – North Petherton - £13.18 per hour -37.5 hours a week

Shifts are: 08:00 - 20:30 Long days x 3 to include at least 1 sleep in

Our residential service in North Petherton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
