SeeMeHired is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Stowmarket to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will help clients live independently, provide personal care with dignity, and advocate for their needs within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a care role or as a Support Worker.
• Understanding needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
• Ability to promote independent living for service users and Problem Solving.
• Ability to use positive language, rapport building, flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork and empathy.
