Job summary

RJS RESOURCING LTD is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist individuals in supported living services, including those living with dementia. You’ll promote independence, support daily living, and encourage meaningful activities in a caring environment.

Shifts include day and evening patterns with alternate weekends. A full UK driving licence is preferred; visa sponsorship is not offered. Benefits include a generous bonus scheme and pension on top of the hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care and medication
• Help maintain and develop everyday living skills
• Assist with cooking, meal preparation and household tasks
• Promote choice, independence, dignity and confidence
• Support access to community, appointments and social activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help individuals work towards personal goals
• Liaise with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate support records and report concerns
• Follow individual support plans and deliver person-centred care

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our supported living services, including packages supporting individuals living with dementia.

You will help individuals live as independently as possible, supporting them to develop confidence, maintain everyday living skills and enjoy meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Shifts Available

• 9am-8pm
• 8am-3pm
• 3pm-8pm
• Sleep ins 8pm-9am ( 4 active hours)
• 9:30am–1:30pm and 4:30pm–8:30pm
• Alternate weekends are required
• Some flexibility around shift patterns may be available

What You’ll Be Doing
