Cygnet St Augustines in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a confident Support Worker to deliver outstanding care across a 42-hour week in a mixed shift pattern (12-hour shifts). You will work within a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit for men and support service users with physical and emotional needs, aiming to promote independence and community living.

Cygnet St Augustines is a 32 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.
