Job summary

Cygnet Fountains is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help improve lives at our Blackburn site. This full-time role involves 42 hours per week across days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, delivering compassionate care and ensuring resident wellbeing.

You will be an excellent communicator, work well in a team, and support individuals with physical and emotional needs while maintaining a safe, stimulating environment. DBS checks are required.

We are looking for a Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Fountains. Youll be working full time, 42 hours a week at Cygnet Fountains (working days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays).

Day-to-Day

• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
