Cygnet St Augustine’s is seeking a confident Support Worker to deliver outstanding care across a 42-hour week with a 12-hour shift pattern. You’ll support men in a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting, provide physical and emotional help, and help individuals return to community living.

DBS check is required; apprenticeship options and flexible overtime available. The role focuses on safeguarding, teamwork, and a compassionate, person-centered approach to empowerment and independence for

Formación

• Experience in care or similar environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living.
