Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Stevenage is seeking full-time Support Workers to join a dedicated team. You will support nursing staff with admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, while focusing on dignity and safety. The role includes 38.5 hours per week on a rota spanning days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support nursing staff with admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients.
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to patients as part of the MDT.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and promote physical and mental wellbeing.
• Engage in safeguarding and complete required training for de-escalation and PMVA.
