Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Harrow is seeking a confident Support Worker to join our care team. You will work 38.5 hours per week across day and night shifts, delivering high-quality support to service users in a recovery-focused setting.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork and an ability to adapt to individual needs, with DBS checks and structured training. Competitive hourly rate with progression after 3 months and a broad apprentice scheme.
