Job summary

Oxley Woodhouse, a specialist residential service run by Cygnet Health Care, is hiring a Support Worker. The role is full time (42 hours) on a two-week rolling rota with 12-hour day shifts and alternate weekends.

You will provide person-centred support, help residents access work, college, hobbies and holidays, and assist with daily tasks to build independence, while safeguarding and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.

The work centres on person-centred support: helping people with daily life, building their independence, and taking them into the community for work, college, hobbies and holidays. The role is full time at 42 hours, worked as 12-hour day shifts on a two-week rolling rota that includes alternate weekends. An enhanced DBS check is required before appointment.
