About Lyssenmore

Lyssenmore is a Supported Living & Care at Home service based within North Ayrshire. Our staff team provides a person-centred and responsive approach to each individual we support. Lyssenmore specializes in supporting 22 individuals living with physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and sensory challenges.

Our service helps adults in the community to reach their full potential and achieve personalized outcomes tailored to their wants and needs.

Role: Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will support adults in their own homes, family homes, and out in the community enjoying local activities. Your duties will vary, and no two days will be the same, offering opportunities to learn and develop while helping people live fuller, happier lives.

Please note: Driving and access to personal transport are essential for this role.

Working Pattern

We offer part-time permanent contracts of between 16-32 hours per week. Shifts vary, and flexibility is required to support people when needed. Rotas are planned approximately 4-6 weeks in advance.

  • A full driving license is essential due to service locations.
