Leonard Cheshire in Rustington is recruiting for care roles at St Bridget’s. The home supports 38 physically disabled adults and offers full-time and part-time hours with a rota across weekdays and weekends. Night and weekend enhanced pay applies and training is provided to new carers. A caring, person-centred approach helps residents live life on their own terms.

In the seaside village of Rustington in West Sussex, St Bridget’s is home for 38 physically disabled adults. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
We have full-time and part-time positions available.
Candidates are required to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
