Job Title: Support Worker
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Rugby, providing intensive support to people facing homelessness and complex trauma.
As a Support Worker, you will provide a comprehensive package of holistic and practical support to ensure that people develop independent living skills needed to maintain a tenancy long-term.
Working closely with your team and partner agencies, you will adopt a trauma-informed approach to create a ‘wrap-around’ package of support that is person-centered. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to work and think creatively, recognize individual needs, and be prepared to handle challenging situations.
