Mental Health Support Worker - £25,325 - £27,378 per annum (Salaries vary depending on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, inclusive of bank holidays. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Service: Scrutton Close, Oxford.
Response is looking for an enthusiastic, caring person to join their dedicated team at Scrutton Close! The team focuses on supporting clients within their own accommodation, offering a high level of support to help clients achieve personal goals and increase independence.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to residents with serious mental illnesses, including adults with primary diagnoses of psychotic illnesses, often with coexisting conditions such as physical health issues, neurodiversity, substance use, and cognitive impairments.
You will work proactively to promote independence and well-being, ensure safety through good housing management and risk assessment, support with tenancy maintenance, and help develop daily living skills.
