Priory Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Daisy Vale House, Thorpe, near Wakefield. This full-time 44-hour role supports 16 residents with learning disabilities and autistic individuals in a warm, safe home environment.
You will assist with daily living, personal care, and activities, while maintaining care plans and records. Collaboration with qualified staff and families is key to promoting wellbeing and independence.
Daisy Vale is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team. This is a full time, 44 hour role. Daisy Vale House is located in Thorpe, a small village on the outskirts of Wakefield. It offers residential support for 16 males and females with a learning disability, as well as autistic individuals.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
