Job summary

A leading care provider in the UK is looking for Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Successful candidates will support daily activities and promote independence in the communities of Rochester, Rainham, and Gillingham. Candidates should have at least 12 months experience in support work and hold a full UK driver's license. Qualifications

We are looking for Support Workers to work in our services across; Rainham, Rochester, Gillingham in Kent.

What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
• 12 months Experience in Support Work
• A full valid UK drivers Licence
