Job summary

Enhanced Healthcare is seeking Mental Health Support Workers to join our team across North Wales and the Northwest of England. You will deliver outcome-based care for individuals with complex needs in supported living, residential care, and independent hospitals, with a focus on those with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

We require at least 6 months of UK care experience, CPI/Mapa training, and a valid driving licence due to rural service locations.

Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across North Wales and the Northwest of England, and we are currently seeking passionate and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team.

If you have at least 6 months of experience working in a health and social care setting in the UK, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We work with clients who specialise in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs in Supported Living, Residential Care, and Independent Hospitals.

About the Role:

You’ll be providing outcome-based care and support to individuals with complex needs, helping them prepare for life in the community when appropriate. Experience in supporting people with behaviours that challenge is essential along with CPI/Mapa training or equivilant.

Due to the rural location of some of our clients, being a driver is essential, and you must live within a one-hour radius of our service locations.

• Hourly rates from £14.24 - £26.90 depending on the shift you work
