Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking caring individuals to provide person-centred support in Wales. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and help clients stay independent.

All Wales Manual Handling Passport is essential. Minimum 6 months UK care experience required. We offer flexible shifts, free online training, DBS refund upon 150 hours completed in 3 months, and access to a supportive consultant team.

• Assist with safe mobility and transfers using approved Moving and Handling techniques.
• Respond to individuals with challenging behaviours calmly and professionally.
• Encourage clients to achieve personal goals and improve quality of life.

• Deliver person-centred support with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks, ensuring each individual’s needs and preferences are met.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to help reduce loneliness, promote wellbeing, and encourage positive mental health.
• Support individuals to maintain independence by enabling participation in community activities, social engagement, and attendance at appointments.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers using approved Moving and Handling techniques, always prioritising dignity, comfort, and safety.
• Respond to individuals who may present with challenging behaviours in a calm, professional, and supportive manner, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Encourage and empower clients to achieve their personal goals, build confidence, and improve their overall quality of life.

What We’re Looking For
