Job summary

Enhanced Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our team of flexible workers across Anglesey. You will earn between £15.07 and £26.90 per hour, with weekly pay and shifts that fit your life.

Join a team that offers structured mandatory training through the Enhanced Skills Academy and a supportive environment. You’ll have access to a dedicated consultant, 24/7 support, and other benefits, with DBS cost refunded after 250 hours worked.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' UK experience in health and social care.
• Genuine commitment to providing safe, high-quality care and support.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred; check location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to service users.
• Work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends) to fit your availability.
• Attend mandatory training and participate in the Enhanced Skills Academy.
• Be part of a supportive team with dedicated consultant and 24/7 support.

Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

Whether you want regular hours, a few extra shifts alongside another job, days, nights or weekends, we’ll work with your availability to find shifts that suit you.

What do we need from you?

You’ll need a minimum of 6 months' UK experience within a health and social care setting and a genuine commitment to providing safe, high-quality care and support.
