Job summary

Cygnet Maple House in the UK is seeking a confident Support Worker to help people across our 16-bed service with assessment, treatment and rehabilitation needs. You will provide physical and emotional support, safeguard residents, and help create a safe, clean environment while following care plans.

The role is 42 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime and regular coaching, supervision and peer support.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

Cygnet Maple House is our 16 bed highly specialised service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.
