CareTech is seeking dedicated Support Workers at Roborough, Woolwell, Plymouth, to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Shifts include days and nights on a rota, with a focus on empowering independence and meaningful daily living.

About the Service - Roborough House provides expert care and treatment for adults with complex support needs, resulting from mental health disorders, dementias, strokes and progressive neurological conditions and associated comorbidities such as epilepsy, dysphagia, diabetes and behaviours that may challenge a mainstream nursing home.
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
