CareTech is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Smallfield service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living skills, and promote independence and wellbeing.
We offer full-time permanent work, a 37.5-hour rota including evenings and weekends, comprehensive training, enhanced DBS paid for by CareTech, and opportunities to progress within a values-led, supportive environment.
Location: Smallfield, Surrey
Rate: £13.03 per hour
