Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking Female Support Workers to assist five individuals in making choices and achieving personal goals in Pentraeth/Bodffordd, Ynys Môn. The role includes daytime, evening, weekend shifts, and sleep-ins as needed.
You will empower clients, participate in structured activities, and provide practical support to help with daily living and community engagement. Sleep-ins are paid at £60 per night; travel mileage is paid at 55p per mile.
We have both part time and full time hours - including days, evenings, weekends, short and long shifts.Please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins.

In this role, you’ll be actively supporting 5individuals in making their own choices and set their own goals — whether it’s everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage their finances, or where to go on holiday. Your shifts will vary between long shifts supporting out in the community or shorter shifts doing a visit for personal care or meal times
As a trusted Support Worker, you’ll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
