Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking a Support Worker in Henllan, Denbighshire to help individuals with learning disabilities live meaningful lives. You will provide person-centred support, enable daily choices and facilitate activities in the local community.
The role offers permanent hours with part-time or full-time options. Sleep-ins earn £60 per night; travel expenses are paid at 55p per mile. Full driving licence is essential.

In this rewarding role, you’ll play an important part in supporting individuals to make their own choices, express their preferences and set goals that are meaningful to them. This could be anything from everyday decisions, such as what to wear, what to eat or how they spend their time, to bigger life choices such as where they want to live, how they manage their finances or where they would like to go on holiday.
You’ll also provide practical, hands-on support with everyday responsibilities, helping individuals with things such as paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours and staying connected with friends and family.At the heart of the role is making everyday remarkable— enhancing well-being and recognising the small but meaningful moments that bring joy, purpose and a sense of achievement.
