Support Worker

LOCATION: Penryn

HOURS: 22.5 hours per week

WORKING PATTERN: Shifts will beon a rolling rota betweenMonday–Sunday, between 8am and 8pm

SALARY: £15.34 per hour PAYE

DURATION: Fixed term until December 2026, possibility for extension

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in in Penryn, supporting customers who may experience challenging behaviour associated with mental ill health and alcohol and substance misuse. This is a rewarding role where you will provide person-centred support, build positive relationships and help customers work towards greater stability and independence.

You will need to be compassionate, resilient and confident when working in challenging situations, while always maintaining a professional and positive approach.

About the role:
