Job description

Waking Night Support Worker

Full-time and Part-time hours available. Shifts are from 20:30 to 08:00. We are looking for candidates who can work more than 20 hours per week, with 2-3 shifts available per week.

A night enhancement of £1.00 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday (excluding sleep-ins). A weekend enhancement of £1.00 per hour applies from 8pm Friday to 7am Monday (excluding sleep-ins).

Are you an experienced care worker or interested in starting a career in care?

At The Regent, we offer supported living options for people with varying abilities to live independently. Our services support individuals with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.

Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar is desirable but not essential. We provide excellent training and induction programs for all new staff.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively with clients and their families.
  • Personal care experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota if required.
