Role Overview: As a Support Worker at Maes Y Coed, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to supported individuals within a residential setting. Working independently during your shift, you will provide dedicated support to an individual living in their own self-contained flat, promoting choice, dignity, independence, and wellbeing in all aspects of daily life. About Maes Y Coed : Maes Y Coed, our newest home in the Pembrokeshire area, is located near Pembroke Dock and comprises five self-contained flats situated within the grounds of its sister service, Bangeston Hall. We pride ourselves on providing personalised, person-centred support tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and aspirations of each supported individual. Our approach focuses on promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and empowering individuals to make choices about how they live their lives within the comfort and security of their own home. Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application.
