Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Atlantic Way Care & Support. The role includes a sleep shift and up to 30 hours per week, with a salary of £12.86 per hour (£20,061.60 annually based on 30 hours).

You will build caring relationships, support daily activities, personal care, and help individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to reach their goals in a respectful, person-centred environment.

Atlantic Way Care is spread over seven individual sites providing 24-hour support for individuals with a vast range of complex needs. Atlantic Way is part of National Care Group. We provide supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health and challenging behaviours. Our dedicated team works closely with those we support to deliver person-centred care, empowering each individual to reach their goals and fulfil their aspirations.
