Job summary

National Care Group Limited is seeking a committed Support Worker to assist young adults with complex needs in Accrington. You will build trusting relationships, help plan daily activities, and provide practical support such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.

The role involves personal care support, including eating and night-time medication, with opportunities to grow within a caring, inclusive team and access ongoing training and qualifications.

Working Hours: Up to 30 hours per week, including weekends
