Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Essential Care and Support Limited in Haswell, the UK. You will support young adults with complex needs, plan daily tasks, assist with personal care, and help them become more independent.

Paid training and recognised qualifications are provided, with a supportive team and opportunities for progression in an inclusive environment. You will work 30 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with benefits through Stream app and Refer a Friend scheme,

will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a
respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults
to fulfil their potential. This is a sometimes challenging role but one with
huge rewards.You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.You will make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.What qualities do you need to be a great support
