Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Exmouth to help people gain independence, support daily living, and participate in community activities. You’ll work as part of a friendly team in a residential setting by the sea, with varied days and shared responsibilities.
No prior care experience is required; a genuine caring attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork are essential for delivering person-centred support to adults with diverse needs.

Our lovely residential service in Exmouth enjoys the facilities of the sea side town and its own enclosed garden. It has a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! This role is supporting individuals aged 18 and above with a range of Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism and complex needs.You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support shopping, sailing, swimming, the next you could be unwinding with them watching films or going to the cinema.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
