What you'll do: Build positive relationships with young people.
Deliver support plans and key-working sessions.
Support education, employment, training, and independent living.
Help sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness.
Complete risk assessments and respond to safeguarding concerns.
Work alongside housing, social care, and other partner agencies.
What we're looking for: Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.
Understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed support.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
