Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Worker based in Newport. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support for individuals with mental health issues, following individualised care plans. Tasks will include supporting residents in daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and safeguarding their rights. The role will also involve communication with healthcare professionals and families to provide updates on the residents' progress.
