Are you a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Support Worker looking for flexibility and the opportunity to earn up to £26.76 per hour while working with a supportive agency close to your location?

We are actively seeking Mental Health Support Workers with at least six months of experience in a mental health care setting in the Newport area. Join us to enhance your skills and experience at a service providing care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Adults with severe and enduring mental illness requiring a low secure environment
  • Male and female mentally disordered offenders requiring a low secure environment
  • Women with mental health needs and personality disorders requiring a locked ward
Overview:
  • Location: Newport
  • Shifts: Days, Nights, and Weekends
  • Flexible agency work options

  • Weekly pay (free of charge)

  • Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
The candidate: What you'll need as a Healthcare Support Worker
  • At least 6 months recent and relevant experience in an acute mental health setting
  • Practical Manual Handling & BILD Accredited TMVA training
  • UK residency and right to work in the UK
  • Driving license and own vehicle
  • Registration with Social Care Wales
