Job Opportunity: Children’s Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children’s Support Worker to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to children, promoting their emotional and physical well-being.
• Build trusting relationships through consistent, respectful communication.
• Support children with daily routines, education, and recreational activities.
• Work in partnership with social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with safeguarding protocols.

About You:

• Experience working with children or young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, neglect, or additional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, Youth Work, or similar (desirable but not essential).
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
