Codi Group is seeking a dedicated Care Worker for Dan y Bryn in Ynysmeudwy, near Pontardawe. This 36-hour, full-time role operates on a rolling two-week rota, including day, evening and night shifts with weekend work required. Reliable transport is essential.
You will support residents to live as fully as possible, provide personal care and emotional support, administer medication, and help residents stay active through engaging activities. Training and DBS support are provided.

As a Care Worker, you’ll be at the heart of daily life for our residents, assisting them to live their lives to the fullest and ensuring they feel valued, safe, and supported.
This is a 36 hour, full time position based on a rolling 2 week rota, to include:
