Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work across a range of supported living services in Oxfordshire, helping adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live independently with dignity.

You will work flexible shifts across Banbury, Witney, Didcot, Cowley, Kidlington, Bicester and Wallingford, with weekly pay and ongoing opportunities across services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
• Ability to travel across Oxfordshire services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support.
• Assist with daily living activities and community access.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and inclusion.
• Manage medication records per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations.

About the Role We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work across a range of supported living services in Oxfordshire. The services specialise in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs, helping them to live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• : Provide high:quality person:centred care and support.
• : Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
• : Promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
• : Support individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.
• : Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.
• : Maintain accurate records and reports.
• : Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations at all times.
• : Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
