Job summary

Home Group is seeking a caring and proactive individual to support customers in living independently. You will help with daily tasks, encourage independence, and create a respectful, safe environment. You’ll work as part of a team to empower customers and improve their quality of life.

This role involves flexible shifts on a 3-week rolling rota, with early starts and some weekends. A Level 2 Diploma in Care or equivalent is preferred, and health benefits are provided.

The practical bits

• You’ll work a 3-week rolling rota with shifts starting as early as 7:00am and finishing as late as 8:30pm
• You’ll also work one weekend in every three, with alternating shifts of 7:00am to 6:30pm and 10:00am to 8:30pm.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
