About the Role & Support

In our New Deer service, you will support two individuals living in neighboring bungalows. We seek flexible, reliable, positive, and creative individuals who enjoy engaging in various activities. Each day offers new experiences, requiring adaptability and a supportive attitude.

One individual prefers home comforts, enjoys activities like foot spas, drawing, puzzles, listening to music and Spotify, and family Facetime. The other loves arts and crafts, dancing, gym visits, trips to the pub, shopping, cinema, darts, pool, and housework. Both enjoy outings and engaging in their hobbies.

Due to the remote location, a full UK driving license is essential to support their outings and activities.

We are recruiting two 30-hour posts, with shifts from 8am to 9:30pm and 8am to 8am (sleepover). Flexibility is needed for early, late, and weekend shifts.
