Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking caring individuals to join our Support Worker team on day shifts. This role offers full training and a supportive environment to help people live happy, purposeful lives.

You will assist with daily tasks, accompany residents on social activities, and ensure proper paperwork is maintained. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of care, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with adults and colleagues.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
• Effective decision making and judgement in day-to-day care.
• Strong planning and organisation to manage tasks and records.
• Meets Health & Safety standards in daily activities.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home


• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
