Job summary

Elevated & Co Limited in Wolverhampton is recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide specialist care for individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. You will work in high-risk care environments, delivering safe, person-centred support.

The role requires confidence, compassion and the ability to de-escalate, follow care plans, and work within enhanced staffing packages (3:1, 4:1 or 5:1).

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
• Experience managing physical aggression and behavioural incidents.
• Experience working within enhanced staffing packages or comparable high-acuity settings.
• Strong knowledge of de-escalation, safeguarding and risk management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate | £14.00 per hour

Elevated&Co is recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide specialist care for individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

We are seeking confident, compassionate professionals who can remain calm under pressure and work effectively within high-risk care environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
• Manage challenging behaviours, physical aggression and behavioural escalation.
• Use effective de-escalation and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) techniques.
• Work within enhanced staffing arrangements, including 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 support.

Essential Requirements

Desirable Experience & Training

• DMI (Dynamis), PMVA or equivalent physical intervention training.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health needs.
• Knowledge of PBS and DoLS.
