Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a client in the Upton area and cover hours at Clarence Park Village. You will build meaningful one-to-one relationships, promote independence, and provide respectful care that enhances quality of life. Training is provided and the role involves personal care tasks as needed.

The position includes 7am-5pm shifts with alternating weekends, and a supportive team environment focused on consistent, person-centred care.

Radis Community Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a person-centred team supporting a client in the Upton area, aswell as covering hours at our main site Clarence Park Village. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful one-to-one support relationships and providing consistent, respectful care that promotes independence and quality of life. About the individual you'll be supporting You will be supporting a client who requires hoisting, PEG feed, and some other nursing tasks. All training will be provided.

Shift pattern

• 7am-5pm (shift times can be split up if preferred e.g. 9am-12pm , 3pm-5pm)
• Alternating weekends required

• Working closely with family members to maintain consistency of care
