Job summary

Cygnet invites you to join a specialist enhanced residential service at Broughton Lodge, where you’ll work 42 hours a week on days. This role supports adults with autism and learning disabilities in a safe, learning-focused setting from 8 am to 8 pm, with a 4-on/3-off Week 1 and 3-on/4-off Week 2 pattern.

You are genuinely driven, an excellent communicator, and ready to contribute to a supportive clinical team.

Are you a confident Support Worker driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care in a specialist enhanced support environment?

About Us

You’ll work 42 hours a week days only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.

Shift Pattern: Days (8 am – 8 pm)

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
