Support Worker Role in Loughborough

We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Support Workers in the Loughborough area. This role involves supporting a 12-year-old male client with Cerebral Palsy and non-verbal communication.

Shift Details

Shift times are approximately 25 hours per week, which may vary.

Pay and Benefits

£15.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension!

Requirements

• Full UK working rights – (We do not offer sponsorship)
• Full UK Driving License, as you will need to use the client's vehicle
• A strong-willed character with the ability to show empathy and maintain a consistent approach to behavioural challenges
• A good understanding of complex behaviour and brain injury

Your Role

• Engaging with the community
• Supporting the client in planning her day and engaging meaningfully with her environment
• Assisting with daily living tasks, including cooking and domestic duties
• Administering medication
• Maintaining daily records
• Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve her goals
• Supporting social visits with family
