The successful candidate will need to be female, have previous experience with brain injury or complex needs, hold a full UK driving licence, and be comfortable driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. They should also be motivated and driven to help our client engage with her interests. Soft skills such as clear communication and the ability to build a supportive relationship are essential.
