Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers at our Four Marks residential service. You will help residents gain independence by assisting with daily living, personal care, and community activities within a dynamic team.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans, staying resilient, flexible, and composed. Training and progression opportunities are offered along with sector-leading benefits.

Job description

Typical shift times are: 7:30am - 9:30pm / 9:30pm - 7:30am / 7:30am - 3pm / 3pm - 9:30pm / 9am - 3pm.

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
