Job title: Day Support Worker (Male)

Location: Hornsey North London

Salary: £12.31 Per hour

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: 8am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm. Must be able to do both shifts and work weekends.

Support Worker Duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
• Assisting people with daily goals & activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies.
• Developing person-centred plans for residents, including employment, education, and other opportunities.
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
• Providing personal care when needed, always working towards greater independence.
• Supporting individuals in daily activities and development.
