You’ll be joining a dedicated team providing care and support to four individuals in their own home, each with unique needs and personalities. This includes supporting one person who experiences OCD and another who requires some personal care. They enjoy eating out, visiting farms, and gardening at the allotments. While they require minimal support, there may occasionally be some challenging behaviour.
In this role, you’ll help enhance well-being and create meaningful, positive experiences every day. By focusing on what matters most to each person, you’ll make a real difference — helping them live fulfilling, independent, and enjoyable lives.
