Job description

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll be working full time, 42 hours a week, 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Norcott House.

Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott House is a specialist residential service providing outcome-focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, and we are able to meet the changing needs of our residents as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported.
