Salary: GBP12.6 - GBP14.5 per hour

Support Worker

Precedo Healthcare is working with a new client in the Chorley area and is recruiting Support Workers to work within Support Living services for people with learning disabilities and Autism.

As a Support Worker, you will be required to support our clients daily with life skills and activities. You should be caring, positive, and passionate about meeting their needs.

You must have at least six months of experience in a support worker role within the past three years and a commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care to vulnerable individuals.

Your role will include:

• Supporting individuals to stay safe and ensuring their welfare
• Assisting with medication management
• Helping with daily living skills
• Supporting individuals to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Encouraging participation in activities and community access
